One of the most lovable Indian Food/Snack is Bhatura, Kachodi and Samosa, BAFPL with intensive support of R&D team has developed flour suiting cooking style of BHATURA, KACHODI, SAMOSA and similar fried food. We have named this flour as BHATURA FLOUR.

Our flour is made from finely ground and carefully sourced wheat grains, utilizing the latest technology inline with international quality standards.

Steam Treatment is process of closed loop flour heating upto temperature of 110C. It is exciting to learn that BHATURA FLOUR is STEAM TREATED all natural product with no added preservative, while having shelf life of more than 6 months.

Bhatura Flour is aimed to improve the quality of final product while increasing the consumption due to final product feel, appearance and taste hence more sales of product.
