COCOA REPLACER MALT BLEND - (MALTOX COCO-800)

Maltox Coco-800 is a whole grain flour with the color and flavor characteristics of dark cocoa (alkalized). With intense dark brown color, it is an all-natural ingredient milled from 100% pure roasted barley malt that can be used as a 1:1 replacement for dark cocoa in chocolate cakes, muffins, brownies, waffles , cookies and other chocolate flavor foods.

Use of Product : Medium to Dark cocoa replacer (Replacer to JB-800 Series and lower)
